The VMAs Are So Over

Also, I’m so over the VMAs. Come on, they were terrible! I initially thought Britney’s performance would be the night’s low, but the boredom just kept coming at me.

I suppose there were some memorable moments…

…Like when Justin Timberlake called MTV out, asking TWICE for the network to play more music videos. If you were listening closely, he even mocked the Simpson girls’ reality shows.

Last night, just 30 minutes after the show had ended, comments about Britney’s performance already numbered 4,670 on PerezHilton.com.

I rather enjoyed Chris Brown/Rihanna and that last Timbaland performance. Everything else was trash. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, especially VMA hype. We’ll talk more about the VMAs real soon (as news starts pouring in), but let’s have today be a day of rest. Concentrate on… your letter-writing campaign begging for a redo. VMA ‘07 part II!
