“The Hills” Are Alive

What did you all think of the latest “The Hills”? Personally, I thought it merged Spencer and Beavis (from Beavis and Butthead) more than any other episode, and it proved that Lo should get her own show.
Anyway, on Monday we saw LC and her crew playing football on the beach in Malibu. Remember this post I brought you way back in July?? We finally saw it come to fruition!
Next we saw Heidi and Spencer navigate the wilderness of (my home state) Colorado. The Montags got a nice plug of their family-owned restaurant, Timberline, and Audrina moped about JustinBobby again.
Want some scoop about Heidi’s dad, Tim Egelhoff? Click “read the rest of this entry.”
Born and raised in Denver and self-taught as a chef, Tim has been in kitchens since the age of 15. During his college career earning his Bachelors degree in Biology and Chemisty, Tim cooked in nearly every restaurant in Crested Butte while living the mountain lifestyle this area offers. Not satisfied with the future of Gunnison county in the early 80’s, Tim moved to Colorado’s front range for a larger cooking experience and an apprenticeship. California’s central coast was the next stop in Tim’s culinary education. As sous Chef at Créme Carmel Restaurant in Carmel, the enthusiastic clientele, unlimited produce and fresh Monterey Bay seafood ignited the spark of world class cuisine. Being in the company of, and working along side world class chefs, wineries, winemakers and restaurateurs were the ultimate schooling for a self-taught chef.

I love Lo! I think that she is most normal of all of them.
