Watching MTV

Can you believe it, “The Real World: Sydney” hasn’t even aired yet and we’re already talking about the next season! There’s still no word as to where the 20th season of “The Real World” will film (rumors point to LA), but we do have our first castmember. Say hello to “PretyBoy”:

“PretyBoy,” whose real name is Greg Halstead, was the lucky winner of MTV’s “Real World Casting” web contest. For those of you in the dark, MTV set up a networking site where viewers could campain for votes to land a spot in the next “Real World” house. As weeks went by contestants were weeded down to just one person. Here’s what the new winner had to say about being cast:

I really wouldnt find it too beneficial for my family to see how much I do use profanity, or how many “females” I “entertain.” They really are unaware of my life regarding these two aspects. SO, I might have to tone down my language

If you were cast on the RW, what would your family be surprised to learn about you?

Well, I must admit, I possess a sailor’s tongue. My profanity usage is quite staggering. I dont know why, but I tend to find myself using profanity too often. ALot of people are unaware of this fact,especially adults, due to the fact I carry myself so well in showing respect to my elders. However; around my associates, my mouth gets a little more R-rated. I’m working on it though!!! Promise!!! 0:)
I am also quite friendly with the ladies, so I tend to have many female “associates.” My mother has never seen any of my “associates” really. I have never brought a female home to her, so she is quite oblivious to how “friendly” I actually am when it comes to females. I mean, Im pretty sure she is somewhat unaware, but she doesn’t “know.” So, potentially, my promiscuousness could be a little problem..

Which of your activities or behaviors would you NOT want your family to see on TV?

Basically, primarily, the two activities stated above. I mean, I really wouldnt find it too beneficial for my family to see how much I do use profanity, or how many “females” I “entertain.” They really are unaware of my life regarding these two aspects. SO, I might have to tone down my language if I make it onto the show… Just a little though…
